Items
Requiring Special Handling
Many items that are extremely oversized, heavy or fragile are marked on
their product detail pages as requiring special handling and will ship
separately from other items in your order. The shipping charges for
these items are indicated on their product detail pages. If these items
are immediately on-hand, this service generally includes shipment from
our store within 24-48 hours from receipt of your order (some items may
take longer due to special packing requirements). We cannot guarantee
the timing of delivery; delivery for large items such as furniture may
take up to six weeks.
Shipping &
Handling Policy
Orders are shipped
within 24-48 hours of the time received. Pueblo Southwest can ship to
virtually any address in the world and uses either the United States
Postal Service (standard) or Federal Express Ground for shipping. If you
require alternative or expedited methods of shipping, a space is
provided within the Order Form for you to specify your alternative
methods, which include expedited services. Normal domestic shipping and
handling costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart.
Multiple orders will be shipped together, which lowers the shipping
costs. We believe the shopping cart's automatic calculation system to be
fairly accurate. Unfortunately, it is generally difficult, if not
impossible, to be exact. If by the completion of your order, you find
the shipping charges to be unreasonable, please submit your order and
send us an e-mail. We are very reasonable and will be happy to consider
making any necessary adjustments.
International shipping rates and rates for states outside of the 48
continguious United States (i.e., Alaska and Hawaii), will be higher
than those stated in the cart; expedited services or other services
requested within the cart may also be higher than those rates calculated
in the secure shopping cart. In the event that the shipping is higher
than that stated in the order form, Pueblo Southwest will contact you
via email or telephone with the actual cost, and will not charge your
account until it has received your express consent to incur any higher
shipping costs.
Fulfillment;
Availability of Stock
Most in stock orders
will ship out within three business days. Out of stock items will be
ordered from our vendors and placed on back order. This may delay your
order 4 to 6 weeks. Your patience and understanding is greatly
appreciated.
Pueblo Southwest prides itself in carrying unique, one-of-a-kind items
that may not be found in other online or physical retail outlets. Due to
the demand for these unique items, there are times that stock is
depleted and fulfillment will take longer than specified above. In the
event that an item ordered is temporarily out-of-stock, Pueblo Southwest
will contact you by email or telephone, at which point you can elect to
wait until the item is restocked, modify your order, or cancel your
order.
Canceling or
Modifying an Order
You will immediately
receive an email verification of your order once it is processed through
the secure shopping cart. If the information is in error, or if you wish
to cancel or modify your order, please IMMEDIATELY contact Pueblo
Southwest at support@pueblosouthwest.com
or by calling us at 928/367-3805. Cancellations or modifications made
after the date the order is received cannot be honored if the shipment
has already been made.
Returns &
Exchange Policy
Within (thirty) 30
days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any
item. RETURNS MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS THEY WERE SENT OUT: THEY
MUST BE IN AN UNUSED CONDITION AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE. THEY MUST
ALSO BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT. We will gladly exchange
your merchandise for an item of equal value or issue a store credit for
returned merchandise. In the event that you are returning a gift, you
may exchange your gift for an item of equal value (there will be no cash
refunds for gifted returns). To help us serve you better, please keep a
copy of your receipt. If the merchandise is clear of manufacturing
defects, or if the return is not a result of our error, you will be
responsible for the shipping and handling costs associated with return.
Manufacturer's
Defects in Workmanship. You may receive a full refund for
any item that has a manufacturer's defect, or you may exchange your
purchase for a replacement item. You must notify us within thirty (30)
days of receipt of your shipment of such defect by contacting us at
928-367-3805 or by email at support@pueblosouthwest.com
so that we may help you. Returns of products having defects in
workmanship must be in the orignal packaging, the merchandise must be in
an unused condition, and the return must be accompanied with a copy of
your receipt and the original shipping label.
Refunds
A fifteen percent
(15%) restocking fee will be deducted from all cash refunds (unless the
refund is for merchandise having a manufactuer's defect), and will not
cover shipping. Shipping costs will be refunded only if the return is a
result of our error or if the merchandise was returned for defects in
workmanship or material. No refunds will be issued after sixty (60) days
of a purchase. Refunds must be approroved, and all refund requests must
be accompanied with a copy of your receipt. We will notify you via
e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned
item. You can expect a refund within 14 to 30 business days of our
receiving your return. If you are returning a gift, you will receive a
gift certificate for the value of your return, which may be used any
time toward your purchases at Pueblo Southwest. The gift certificate
will be mailed to the gift recipient at the same address to which the
order was shipped. Alternatively, if you are returning a gift, you may
request an exchange for another gift for the same value. To help us
serve you, always keep a copy of your receipt.
